Between 7.36 to 7.44 is the pH level of the normal human body. This balance is very necessary to be kept. Various body functions and body balance is disturbed by the acidic effect produced by the excessive acid in our body. When this happens, your body automatically tries to maintain the alkaline-acid balance by absorbing the minerals, as minerals are a very good source of alkaline. You should also avoid using too much coffee and other soft drinks are they are also mostly acidic in nature.
