Flexibility
You may be one of those people who needs more than 85% compliance in order to meet weight loss goals. If your results are not in line with what you want to be losing, you can either accept that you will get to your goal more slowly, increase your exercise output or bump up the compliance rate to 90%.
Perfectionism Not Allowed
Weight loss is not about showing everyone what great willpower you have or proving how perfect and in control of your eating you are. It is about getting healthy and doing so in the gentlest, most effect way. Once you are at goal weight, you will have no problem keeping the weight off.
